StrongMinds accepts selected health insurance plans for many of our services.

Our receptionist can provide you with a current list of insurance plans with which we are in-network. Our staff will submit insurance claims on your behalf to insurance plans for which we are in-network. 

If StrongMinds does not participate with your insurance plan, you can still be seen by a StrongMinds provider.

We will charge our customary fee at the time of the appointment and supply you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. StrongMinds does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid.

Payment is due at the time services are delivered

• Our receptionist will share the fee schedule for our providers at any time, upon request

• Prior to any service delivery, we will provide an estimate of cost of services, as required by the No Surprises Act

• Our Doctors are in-network providers with Humana only. If your child is in-network with Humana you will be charged for services consistent with our contracted rate and your Humana plan. Our staff will submit insurance claims to Humana on your behalf

• Our Masters-Level Providers are not in-network with any insurance plans

• If our providers do not participate with your insurance plan, we will charge our customary fee at the time of the appointment. At your request, we can provide you with a statement that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. (Out-of-network reimbursement decisions are made by insurance companies and not within the authority of strongminds.)
